Shipping

There are 2 shipping options

Option 1

You can send us your empties and we can remanufacture your cartridges. (You pay for shipping to us and back to you.)

Option 2

You can order your cartridge from us and we will send you a new recharged cartridge. (You are charged a core charge on all initial purchases. When we receive your empty cartridges we will credit your charge account or mail you a check .)

All Shipping Is $8.00 Fedex  Ground
 


If your remanufactured cartridge order is over $150 we will pay shipping charges back to you within the U.S.A. via Fedex ground. If you would like your cartridges shipped differently call us toll free: 877-942-7788, please state this and we will just charge you the difference in the costs.  

Your first order must be via credit card, or a Check by Fax, unless otherwise specified by a Toner Refill Representative. If you would like to apply for net terms after your first order, please call or email us at info@tonerbuff.com for more information. 

 

Recommendations

If you have more than one cartridge , we recommend that you tape the boxes together to form one or more larger boxes.

We recommend that you tape an envelope to the outside of the box with any information that you want us to be aware of (example: payment information, shipping instructions or handling of your cartridges).

 

Empty Cartridge Return

You are charged an empty core charge on remanufactured products that require an exchange, unless you send the empty core before we ship the replacement
